USRCC was pleased to host a welcome breakfast honoring Mr. Anton Inyutsyn, Deputy Minister of Energy of the Russian Federation, and his delegation on May 24, 2013. The breakfast was held at the Granduca Hotel.
During Mr. Inyutsyn’s visit to Houston, the Deputy Minister and his delegation also toured ExxonMobil’s Upstream Research Company, Baker Hughes’ Center for technology Innovation, Shell’s Technology Center, and TMK IPSCO’s Research and Development Facility.

Appointed Deputy Minister of Energy in July 2012, Mr. Inyutsyn is responsible for issues related to energy saving and energy efficiency enhancement. He supervises the information policy of the Ministry, including promotion of energy projects in Russia and abroad. Before his appointment, Mr. Inyutsyn worked in the State Duma. Beginning in 2008, Mr. Inyutsyn was the head of the division for the preparation of the Prime Minister’s speech in the Russian Government’s Executive Office, and in early 2012, he became the director of the department in the Presidential Executive Office. Prior to his work in government, Mr. Inyutsyn received his PhD in law from the Moscow University of the Ministry of Interior.
