Thoughts from the Moderator, Meril Markley, Senior Director-International Tax, RSM US LLP:
“On behalf of RSM US LLP, I thank the USRCC for inviting me to act as moderator for the first in the annual Women’s Leadership Speaker Series. Getting to know Beth Williams, Kira Begunova, and Ellen Smith was both a privilege on the professional side and a delight from a personal perspective. Their inspiring stories, of perseverance in the face of adversity while dreaming big and never settling for less, resonated with our audience — especially with those embarking on a career and wanting to succeed in the U.S.-Russia business environment. To know that we have leaders of this caliber bodes well for the future growth and development of the USRCC and its critical mission in our community.”
